A simple name for a simply wonderful space for Wellness in Wenlock. This multi-use space holds a welcoming and special visit for you.
There is a range of wellness events and workshops on throughout the week and weekends to encourage more of us to access space for our health and wellbeing. We have a range of treatments available with experienced practitioners.

Pop by on a Friday morning between 10am-12pm for The Relaxation Space. This is a completely free and welcoming space where you can read, find out what’s on, work on a project or take time for what you need. Hosted by Emily, just turn up.

Mondays, Thursdays & weekend requests with Emily - Crystal Healing, Reiki, Holistic Hand Massage, Bamboo Back Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Essential Oil Scalp Massage, Reiki Drumming, Spiritual Development, Foot Soak Ritual, Holistic Arm Massage, Oracle Card readings, small group or 1:1 Belly Dance, Health and Fitness and Children’s Yoga sessions available. Emily is an experienced Energy Worker and Wellness Practitioner.
